The theme of this post is 2 because I am pretty sure this is my 2nd post of the year, my baby turned 2, and since my OLD post many moons ago we found out we are pregnant with #2!! A girl…due Dec 1. We are shocked (or I am…I thought boy) and THRILLED beyond belief! Everything with the pregnancy is different this time. I was only sick the first 3 months instead of the entire time (yes, there is still time left but I have been feeling good for while now so I am anticipating no other sickness) and she is sitting LOW on me. It’s still unbelievable that John Parker is going to have a little sister. I am thankful that I will have someone on my team and will not be teamed up on by a bunch of boys the rest of my life. Hee hee. I am finding that picking out girl items is WAY more exciting and the clothes are SO cute. God bless our bank account!
Also, to add to my #2 list is my second attempt to get windows live writer to work for posting and it finally worked today! Whoo HOOO! Thank you Kelly V. for introducing me to this WONDERFUL and EASY way of posting! This took no time at all to download all 486 pictures that have been saved on my camera. I could become one of those new professional bloggers due to the easiness of this handy download. again, hee hee.
The 2nd Birthday Day Party.
The theme was “Big Rigs” and it was at church!
Yes, this is a hayride in May but our initial idea was to have dad give tractor rides since the theme was “Big Rigs” but we figured he would be giving rides the entire time so he opted to pull them all at once. Too funny…. I know our friends were sooo appreciative. hee hee!
Opening Birthday Gifts from Mom & Dad. We got John Parker a club house and Thomas laptop. His favorite thing to open is cards.
My last day of school and John Parker’s birthday. Greg, John Parker, and I did our annual “last day of school/birthday celebration” at McDonalds. It was also my last day on the 4th grade hall. I am moving to a Title I reading position!!!
Riding the Gator…

Steam Engine Comes to Cape!
Greg, John Parker, Ma, Gigi, and I headed to Cape one Sunday after church to check out UPs steam engine that was coming through town (which apparently is a really big deal and is rare). We knew John Parker would love it since he is a big fan of trains. IT WAS HOT!
