The Month of May....

Okay I am playing catch up (obviously) with my blogging. Life has been extremely chaotic the past month. Regular school was over on a Friday the 16th and we started summer school the next Monday the 18th so the month of May has been BUSY. Right now majority of my time and energy has been for pre-schoolers. Yes, I was assigned Pre-K. These kids are ACTIVE! I forgot how much energy it takes to keep up with 5 year olds. I finish summer school this coming Friday so after that I will be focusing on moving to my new classroom/new school/new grade, Relay, sitting by the pool, and working on my golf game. Greg is doing great! He is playing golf and still setting his sights on the PGA. Work is good but busy for him. Below are some pics for the events that have been going on!

Yard sale.......
Winghaven where Jill and Mark live (in STL) has an annual yard sale so I loaded up my car with all of our junk and took it to Jill's to make some money. I made $92 and spent it all before I got back to Bloomfield. Oh well we had so much fun!

This is Nolan trying on some of my sale items.

I am avoiding the sale to spend a little time with this ADORABLE gal!

Caroline checking out our jewelry selection.

All shopped out...

The next weekend Tulsa...
We made a trip to Tulsa for Hillary's law school graduation. Congrats Hill!

Then to Fayetteville...
We went with the Veazeys to a Hogs baseball game.
I took this picture of Greg in front of the stadium since he got to play
on this field in high school for the all star game! He is totally embarrassed
and if you look closely he is yelling obscene things at me.

Summer School...
Here is proof of why I am so BUSY!
PS- I have more than three students and the lady in the picture is an elementary aide.

Mutt Cut's
Nolan's first haircut. We took him to Petco for his first haircut.
He hated the ride there, peed on the display rack in the
store as soon as we arrived, and I was a nervous wreck the
entire time he was there thinking he would miss me. I don' t think he did.
Before....

After...

Golf Tournament
The Ben Kruse 18 Fore Life Charity Golf Tny was this past Saturday.
The banquet was held the night before with great guest speakers (Charlie Spoonhour)
great music, and great give aways. We always have a blast at this 2 day event.
Here is a little prize that dad won.

It also came with a trailer.

This is a close up of the cart. These are pictures from last years event printed onto a sticker and then onto the panels of the cart. They do come off but dad being a good sport wants to leave them on for a while to advertise this wonderful charity event. 18 Fore Life raises around $100,000 just in our county to give cancer patients financial support.

The cart is named the "Buzz III" in memory of one of the founders
Ben Kruse who died four years ago in a tragic accident.

This is dad showing off a Superbowl ring that was worn by a Rams trainer.
It was HUGE! With David Lee (former offensive coordinator AR fans)
being from Dexter he is friends with Rams people, thus the Rams people in Dexter.
Long story short these guys are so nice and answered all questions we had about the ring.
He had to pay $20,000 in taxes on it!!! CRAZY.

Dad and his high school buddies at the banquet.
