Before we went to Gulf Shores we stopped in Fair Hope and stayed at Aunt Nancy’s. Why I have no pictures of Nancy, Arnie, or Jordan is beyond me (maybe it was my crazy kids keeping me busy;) but we had the best time! The kids absolutely loved playing at their house and swimming in their pool. The next day, on our way to the condo, we stopped in Point Clear to check out the Grand Hotel where we got married! We had a lot of fun taking the kids to see the exact location and take pictures! The landscaping had changed a bit in 7 years (and numerous hurricanes later, including Katrina a month after our wedding). But it is still a beautiful resort. We can’t wait to go back next summer and stay for Jordan’s wedding!!!!
