Drinking orange juice and playing Toy Story Memory.
Sleeping in our big boy bed.
Growing.
Playing superhero with Caroline.
Eating pops with Caroline. Beer (rootbeer) is our favorite.
Helping mom fold clothes.
Chilling with Delaney.
Chilling with Blue (the blanket).
Trying on our Halloween costume. The reveal pics are below:0)
Going to the Fox to watch Yo Gabba Gabba with Caroline.
Then to Magic House for more fun!
Into wearing dad’s shoes.
Going to Sto. Co Parade with Lanie Grey.
This pic deserves a post all on its own….lots of kings, queens, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 10th place parade riders. This truck had one runner up and then entire family decided to ride in the parade with them. Notice people are sitting on the TOP of the truck and hanging out the window. I am pretty sure this is something you would typically see in Cross County but Greg did not think so.
Going to the fair with the Mills.
Parade #2. Bloomfield Fall Fest.
Waving at Pa in the parade.
Only in Bloomfield….
The Eric Vaught encounter. We see him everywhere we go. This county has a lot of twins of people we know. Jimmy Huff works at McDonalds. Some day I will get enough nerve to take his pic in the drive through window. Until then…take my word for it.
Mother/Daughter day out to brunch/shopping/movie!
Going to Cash’s first birthday party.
Notice he’s in a diaper. He fell into his plate and had to strip down to his diaper at the party. Oops.
Having baby showers. This is my high school girlfriends shower. Melanie and I are due the same month and we are both having little girls. It’s sooo exciting to be having little girls at the same time!!!!! We had a double shower….at my house. Long story short. Crazy weekend for everyone and it was the easiest location. It was sooo much fun because we had our mom’s there. I had a wonderful time & love spending time with these gals!!!!!
The day after the shower the same group of gals had Kickin’ Cancer with Kathy event at the park. Lora’s mom has been battling breast cancer for a very long time and this was her “fight back” party! It was soo awesome. Lora did a GREAT job organizing the whole event. At the event Mel and I also got gifts from Lora (it wasn’t ready at the shower) for our girls. TOO precious. I can’t wait to get our little girl’s pic in this!
Going to Lanie’s birthday party at the bounce house.
Opening Halloween gifts from Poppy and Inga!
Playing in the leaves with our pj’s on.
School baby shower.
Family “Annual Halloween Party” at Mom and Dad’s house. This year the kids and their fathers took a hayride. It was a relaxing 15 minutes for the moms.
We also celebrated Gramby and Caroline’s birthdays!
Getting ready for family fall fest at church tonight. This is the first year I have skipped out but I stayed home to get some things done. Including updating this blog!
The theme of this post is “going” and it seems like things are finally starting to slow down. Only 4 weeks until my due date so we know there won’t be too much going (outside of the home) once our little girl arrives!!!! The biggest thing on our plate is putting the finishing touches on baby stuff and getting my lesson plans together for maternity leave. Gulp! Big changes are on their way and we cannot wait!!!!
