February 1st: Snow Day!

We had our first snow day in Bloomfield!
We built a snowman, played games, and had hot chocolate.
We had so much fun!!!:)

Greg thought is was only appropriate to stop and take this picture before we began working.




Greg utilized his skills as an engineer to create the perfect snowman...needless to say I was not allowed to assist only to stand back, watch, and collect accessories to decorate the s.m. It took him longer than most kids in the neighborhood but it was the last one to melt!

Nolan was trying assist us but he kept eating the snow so his help was no good.

The finished product. We were one of many snowmen on our street. Mara and Delaney (neighbor girls) came over to help us. They later took everything they learned from Greg and built their own. Greg still thinks ours was the best on Prairie Street. He's very competitive with the children in the neighborhood:)
